Broadway Services is a Maryland-certified LIVESCAN provider authorized by COMAR Regulation 12.15.0 to submit fingerprints electronically for the purpose of obtaining a record of applicants’ criminal history. The information obtained is sent directly to the requesting agency with applicants receiving a printed verification form.

REQUIRED IDENTIFICATION
- Current and active driver’s license
- Valid and current passport
- Certification of naturalization
- Alien registration
- Military identification issued by State, foreign, or local government Agency
PAYMENT
- $20 processing fee plus all applicable fees payable at time of fingerprinting
- Options: credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), certified Check, money order
- NO CASH, NO PERSONAL CHECK
