Pete has been involved in the leadership of Broadway Services, Inc. for over 25 years. Prior to being President, he served BSI as VP of Finance, CFO, and Secretary/Treasurer. He was also the Corporate Controller for 12 years.
Pete has an MBA and a Masters in Taxation and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and serves on BSI’s Board of Directors.
His leadership has contributed to the growth and expansion of the company, and his financial prowess has kept that progress on a steady keel.
Bob joined Broadway Services, Inc. in 2007, coming to us after serving for 5 years as the Chief of Staff for the Superintendent of the Maryland State Police, a position he assumed after retiring from a 22 year career with the Baltimore Police Department, achieving the rank of Colonel/Chief of Patrol Division.
Bob brings his experience of police and security operations where he held full accountability for numerous field commands of over 200 officers to his role as a VP at BSI. He is a hands on leader with proven expertise in modern principles and techniques of police management, organizational design, and resource deployment.
In 2011, Brentina returned to Broadway Services Inc. Since then she has served in many different roles in the Human Resources department, including Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations Manager. In addition to ensuring BSI stays in compliance with government regulations and company policies and procedures, part of her duties and responsibilities include aligning leadership and employees with company culture, values and goals.
Brentina has over 15 years experience in Human Resources and Payroll management. She is a University of Maryland graduate with a Masters in Business Administration. In addition, she holds active certifications with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (PHR). She also belongs to the Chesapeake Human Resources Association (CHRA) and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Clinton has served as a leader in this division for Broadway Services, Inc. since 2002. His experience of over 25 years prior to joining BSI included property and facility management, systems engineer for the Federal Reserve Bank, and teaching electronics and other subjects at the RETS Technical Centers in Baltimore.
Clinton earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The Johns Hopkins University, and he holds certification in HVAC/Electronics, Property Administration, and Systems Maintenance.
Mike has served as the CFO for Broadway Services, Inc. since 2012, having served as the Corporate Controller for six years prior. He is responsible for policy implementation for the financial planning and treasury functions as well as overseeing the IT and Accounting departments.
Mike is a University of Baltimore graduate with a Masters in Business Administration. He is an active Certified Public Accountant and member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).
