The PROPERTY AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT Division of Broadway Services provides a variety of management services to real estate partnerships of our local government agencies and The Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions. We manage over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate in the region, providing building care and maintenance.

Clients have access to our preventive maintenance and tracking software for real-time service requests with automated completed work order responses.  Orders are initiated, tracked, and fulfilled seamlessly in this customer-friendly system.  Clients are provided with requested periodic reporting for preventive maintenance reminders to ensure their needs are met.
