Broadway  Services, Inc. is committed to providing training for its employees concentrating on all aspects of customer service.  Required training for managers and supervisors includes the following areas:

  • Principles of supervision of employees
  • Role of the supervisor
  • Challenges that supervisors face
  • Obstacles that supervisors put in the way
  • Sexual harassment
  • Progressive discipline for employees

Training progresses to cover the individual leadership skills and qualities needed particular to each division.

Training for all employees is conducted within the division with appropriate emphasis on skills needed to complete the work effectively and to the client’s satisfaction.

Online training component to include modules for topics such as:

  • Bloodborne pathogens
  • Defensive driving

Online courses/modules would require log in/password, name and date, submission capability to verify completion of the course/module.
