Peter Seidl, President of Broadway Services, Inc. has participated in the successful management of the company for 28 years. Prior to being President, he was the Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary/Treasurer for 11 years. He also served as the Corporate Controller for 12 years.

Mr. Seidl has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, a Masters of Science Degree in Taxation, and is a Certified Public Accountant. His years of service in executive positions have given him comprehensive knowledge of the finances and operations of the company. Mr. Seidl has made significant contributions and has been instrumental in the growth of the corporation.

Mr. Seidl is responsible for the overall operations of the company and is going to operate Broadway Services on the same two principles: "The Customer is Always Right" and "Where Quality Service and Quality People Matter." He plans continued growth through providing quality services and increased marketing efforts.

Mr. Seidl is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he is on the Board of Directors of Broadway Services.

  Robert Biemiller is the Vice President of Broadway Services' Security, Parking & Transportation Divisions. Mr. Biemiller served 22-years with the Baltimore Police Department where he held all ranks up to, and including, Colonel/Chief of the Patrol Division. Following his retirement from the Baltimore Police Department he was recruited by the Maryland State Police to serve as Chief-of-Staff for the Superintendent of the State Police. He spent five years with the Maryland State Police before joining Broadway Services in November of 2007.

Mr. Biemiller is a results-oriented Career Law Enforcement Professional with successful, innovative, and progressive experience in the complete range of Police/Security Operations and Administrative functions. He has had full accountability for numerous field commands exceeding 200 officers and overall responsibility for all Patrol Operations with over 2600 officers. A high-energy, hands-on police executive with proven expertise and extensive knowledge in modern principles and techniques of police management, organization design, resource deployment, crime prevention, interdiction, intelligence, patrol, investigations, executive protection, and all departmental administrative functions for a major metropolitan police department.

With a management-through-motivation style, based on training, encouragement and support, he has been able to consistently outperform peer groups, leading to a career of promotional assignments to positions of greater responsibility. This management style has fit perfectly at Broadway Services, Inc. where our employees' feelings of self-worth have translated into increased productivity, teamwork, and dedication to the work at hand.

  Tom McNamee, the Vice President of Human Resources has held a Senior Management position for over 40 years with three of the largest national and regional Facilities Management firms in the country.

Mr. McNamee's operational experience in Environmental Services operations was obtained over a 20 year period managing large metropolitan hospitals in the mid-Atlantic area including several years as the Director of Housekeeping at the # 1 rated and nationally recognized Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions located in Baltimore, Maryland. His duties and responsibilities included establishing and monitoring quality control and project scheduling programs, management and supervisory development, staffing and resource analysis, and fiscal and financial planning.

Mr. McNamee developed a Housekeeping Management software system which was purchased by the Marriott Corporation in 1988 at which time he joined Marriott as their Vice President of Program Development & Training. He developed their facilities management operating procedures and manuals, management and hourly training programs, and software based quality control, project scheduling, staffing analysis, budget control, and linen management systems.

Mr. McNamee joined Broadway Services, Inc. in 1990 as the Vice President of Security. In 1996, he was appointed the Vice President of Training & Development working closely with Human Resources conducting leadership training workshops, customer service training and multiple projects within the department.

Mr. McNamee has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland and has been recognized by the American Hospital Association receiving the Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) certification. In 2006, he earned the Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

  Clinton Ramsundar was named Vice President of Property Management for Broadways Services Inc on January 1, 2011, after serving as Senior Director of Contract Services and Senior Director of Property Management for Broadway Services Inc since 2002.

Mr. Ramsundar's property and facility management extends over 25 years as a property manager for Tishman Real Estate, Manekin Corporation, and Pratt Management. Additionally, he served as a Supervisor, Facility Manager and Systems Engineer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond - Baltimore Branch. Prior experience involves teaching electronics, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning and solar energy at RETS Technical Centers in Baltimore, Maryland.

Mr. Ramsundar earned a B.S. in Business Management at Johns Hopkins University and holds various degrees and certification in HVAC, Electronics, Real Property Administration, and Systems Maintenance. He continues to pursue professional designations such as the Professional Human Resource Manager, Certified Property Manager and Facility Manager Administration.

Mr. Ramsundar's over 25 years experience with commercial real estate management, construction project management, and financial management has assisted him in being flexible to the changing needs of our clients.

  Michael Kastendike, Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary/Treasurer of Broadway Services, Inc. since January 1, 2012 after being Corporate Controller for six years. He has more than sixteen years of progressively responsible experience in the finance and accounting fields. He is responsible for administering and determining policy for the financial planning and treasury functions. He also oversees the Information Technology and Accounting Departments.

Mr. Kastendike keeps abreast of all regulations and standards to assure compliance with government/regulatory agencies, and provides forecasting for adequate cash and liquidity so that operating and capital planning and expenditure needs can be met.

Mr. Kastendike is a University of Baltimore graduate with a Masters of Business Administration. He is an active Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland and a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
