A fast paced, highly interactive classroom training program that combines lecture, peer group discussions, problem solving and role playing to enhance management and leadership.
The workshop title "Managing People" clearly identifies the mission of the program. BSI's motto "Our People Make The Difference" is the primary focus of the workshop when we concentrate two days on the Principles of Managing People, Motivation and Basic Communication Skills.
Our training facilitators have many years of experience both in operations and training in the facilities management industry.
All BSI management personnel are required to attend this workshop as soon after hiring as practical but during the first year of employment.
