Designed to improve the manager's professional skills, these thirteen (13) modules act as the elective element of the Management Development Program. These sessions focus on how to manage for results and improve the overall services we provide our customers.
Like the recommended modules, these sessions are two (2) hours each and are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends to best accommodate the needs of operations.
